Guidance on the recruitment process

1. Our Screening and Selection

Most of the time we search for candidates that in our view have the profile and competencies that are a close match to the position requested by our clients.

We will contact you to determine your initial interest in the position and request an updated CV.

We will carry out an interview to determine your suitability to the position.  Your interview will focus on a number of key qualitative criteria on which we will carry out our own scoring.  You will also be requested to make your own personal self- assessment.

If we consider you suitable we will ask you to register on our system and send us other documents that will be required to support your application for the position.  These may include a full length photo and a short video introduction.

2. Client Screening and Selection

Upon having all documents requested in hand we will immediately submit your application to the client.

The client will inform us whether you have been shortlisted, based on your application documents.  In which case an interview will be scheduled for you with the client, at a mutually convenient time.

If you are not shortlisted we will inform you and if you agree we will keep your data and inform you should there be any other suitable openings in the future with other clients.

 

We will offer our guidance on the interview process do’s and dont’s and in particular will advise you on the client expectations.

In some instances the client may carry out a further interview before making a decision.  Whatever the outcome we will inform you accordingly.  

3. On-boarding and Start

The client will provide an offer of employment with the general conditions, including salary and benefits.  The offer is channeled through us and we will in turn send to you for your signature.

During this period we will work with you and the client to organize any further documentation required, in particular a full background and medical screening.  Where a visa is required we will obtain the visa for you through our client and advise you of all steps required to apply for the visa.  We will also arrange with client for all logistics involved.

We will confirm with you the joining date and where required assist in any logistics for you to get to your new job.

The nature of all jobs in private service requires the upmost discretion.  We will reiterate this with all our candidates throughout the process.
