When it comes to sourcing talent for UHNW households and family offices, our recruitment process is defined by precision and attention to detail.

Recently, a new client approached us, requesting 8-10 CVs for a single role. This was quite unusual for us, as we typically focus on quality over quantity. However, it quickly became clear why they had this expectation.

The client had previously worked with agencies that overwhelmed them with numerous resumes, most of which barely aligned with the job description. These agencies sent a flood of options, but the burden of sorting through and assessing the candidates fell entirely on the client. This is exactly the problem we aim to solve.

We believe a professional recruiter’s approach must be different. Instead of overwhelming clients with endless CVs, we take the time to thoroughly understand the role and the unique needs of the household or family office. We rigorously screen each candidate, interview the most promising ones, and present only the top 1-3 candidates who we believe are the perfect fit. In this instance, our tailored approach allowed the client to avoid the stress of sifting through stacks of CVs and instead focus on selecting from a curated group of highly qualified individuals.

The client was both surprised and impressed by our method and was ultimately delighted with the candidate we placed in their household. Not only did we save them time, but we ensured that the person we selected aligned with their household’s ethos and values—a critical aspect for UHNW clients.

At the end of the day, recruitment for private households and family offices isn’t just about filling a role, it’s about finding the right fit that contributes to the smooth running of the household and meets the family’s specific needs.
