GENERAL DUTIES
- Managing day to day affairs of the Principal.
- Arranging table setting and providing high quality service of food and beverages.
- Training and leading the Junior Butlers/F&B Service Team.
- Communicating, cooperating and coordinating with all departments.
- Maintaining a well-groomed appearance and presenting a professional image.
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ overall experience in hospitality service and/or butler role.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments, including Michelin* restaurants, 5* hotels and resorts, luxury cruise lines and yachts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably a Butler Academy Qualification or
- 3 year - Diploma in Hotel Management or related field or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, specialized in F&B Service.
- Silver Service training.
- English Language Proficiency.
