A unique opportunity to work as a PA/Lifestyle Manager for a prestigious UHNW Principal, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Open to Male Candidates only due to Cultural reasons. This is a Live-in Permanent Position. A Trial Period maybe required for an agreed duration. The salary range is from USD5,000 to USD8,000 per month depending on the candidate's experience and our assessment.

Job description
GENERAL DUTIES
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Principal’s professional and personal calendar with precision, discretion, and foresight.
- Source, purchase, and curate luxury gifts tailored to the Principal’s preferences, leveraging a strong understanding of designer brands, exclusive retailers, and high-end boutiques.
- Arrange medical and wellness appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling and adherence to the highest standards of service and privacy.
- Oversee the secure handling, delivery, filing, and organization of sensitive documents, ensuring timely processing and access.
- Maintain regular communication with the Principal, providing proactive support and addressing needs efficiently and discreetly.
- Interact confidently and respectfully with the Principal, including when requesting approvals, signatures, or delivering urgent updates.
- Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations across all residences and personal environments.
- Manage all aspects of private travel and logistics, including itinerary planning, ground transportation, packing coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with high-end concierge services or directly with luxury venues to secure priority reservations and exclusive bookings for restaurants, events, private experiences, and cultural engagements.
- Ensure that all arrangements are impeccably organized and aligned with the Principal’s standards, including special requests, confirmations, and follow-through.
- Accompany the Principal and/or family on international travel for approximately 2–3 months annually, providing comprehensive support, discretion, and coordination during all trips.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting UHNW individuals or families as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager.
- Proven ability to manage demanding schedules, handle confidential documentation, and support a luxury lifestyle across multiple properties and regions.
- Experience working in the Gulf region or with clients from the Middle East, with a strong understanding of Saudi cultural norms, protocol, and expectations.
- Track record of high-level communication with principals, family office teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success securing and managing high-end experiences, including travel, dining, and exclusive events, often through elite concierge services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary Level of Education
- Must possess a European or equivalent nationality that allows visa-free travel to Europe and the United States.
- Willing and able to travel internationally for extended periods (approximately 2–3 months per year) with the Principal and/or family.
- Culturally astute and respectful of Saudi traditions, etiquette, and high-level protocol.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple systems, and modern scheduling and travel management platforms.
- Discreet, polished, and reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a consistently professional demeanor.
- Must hold a valid passport and driver’s license; background checks and top-tier references are required.
