GENERAL DUTIES
- Anticipate guests’ needs by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dislikes.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all specialty foods and beverages in stock.
- Arrange table settings and deliver exceptional food and beverage service.
- Ensure all service areas are impeccably clean and well-organized at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the chef and other team members as needed.
- Uphold a well-groomed appearance and consistently present a professional image.
- Commit to a 12/7 work schedule.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a butler role.
- Proven background in luxury, exclusive, and high-end environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification from a recognized Butler Academy.
- Training in Silver Service.
- Essential: Proficiency in English.
- Preferred: Proficiency in French.
- Eligible to work in EU.
