Job description
GENERAL DUTIES
- Provide impeccable butler service to the Principal, family, and guests, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with settling them into their rooms, and make them feel at home.
- Anticipate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests to deliver personalized service.
- Serve meals, pour beverages, and oversee dining arrangements with attention to detail and etiquette.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to schedule room cleaning at the most suitable times for guests.
- Ensure guest accommodations remain tidy, well-stocked, and comfortable throughout their stay.
- Arrange tailored amenities and experiences to elevate the guest experience.
- Maintain a polished appearance and conduct all duties with discretion, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Collaborate with household staff and external teams to seamlessly support the Principal’s plans and preferences.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ overall experience in a similar role role working with UHNW clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred a Butler Academy diploma or equivalent.
- Silver Service training.
- English Language Proficiency.
