The successful candidate will specialize in high-quality international cuisine, with particular strength in French and Italian cuisine, together with good knowledge of Thai and broader Asian cuisine.
Strong skills in plating, presentation, buffet preparation, family-style dining, and formal/VIP service are essential.

GENERAL DUTIES
- Prepare high-quality international cuisine, with particular strength in French and Italian dishes and good knowledge of Thai and Asian cuisine.
- Produce consistently refined meals for both family dining and formal/VIP occasions.
- Demonstrate excellent plating, presentation, and buffet preparation skills.
- Work alongside the existing cook, who specializes in Lebanese and Saudi cuisine.
- Assist with menu planning and adapt dishes to family preferences, dietary requirements, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with butlers and household staff to ensure smooth and timely meal service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen organization, storage, and food safety.
- Remain flexible, discreet, professional, and respectful of household privacy at all times.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional culinary experience.
- Experience as a Sous Chef, Private Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or equivalent.
- Background in high-end restaurants, 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or private households.
- Strong experience in French, Italian, Mediterranean, and international cuisine, with good knowledge of Thai food.
- Proven ability in plating, buffet presentation, family meals, and formal/VIP dining.
- Stable employment history with evidence of reliability, maturity, and long-term commitment.
- Previous private household or Middle East experience is advantageous.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional culinary diploma, degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification.
- Good working proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques, food hygiene, and kitchen safety.
- Excellent presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Mature, dependable, discreet, and adaptable.
- Able to work effectively as part of an established household team.
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia and commit to a long-term private household position.
- Able to provide professional references and complete relevant background checks.
