GENERAL DUTIES
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with the Principal’s standards and expectations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of high-quality service concepts tailored to the preferences of the Principal and VIP guests.
- Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Help recruit, train, and supervise service staff, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to service protocols.
- Maintain a hands-on leadership presence, setting a professional example for all team members.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Background in luxury hospitality settings such as fine dining establishments, Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private estates.
- Demonstrated ability to support high-level service and manage guest expectations in discreet, high-standard environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management with a focus on F&B Service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course completion is an advantage.
- Formal Silver Service training.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
