GENERAL DUTIES
- Meticulous Cleaning and Organization: Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, and organizing personal and communal spaces with precision.
- Wardrobe Management and Laundry: Care for luxury garments by managing wardrobe organization, washing, ironing, steaming, and ensuring proper storage of high-value clothing and accessories.
- Packing and Unpacking: Skillfully pack and unpack luggage for family members and guests, paying attention to detailed preferences, maintaining garment condition, and ensuring efficient travel preparation.
- Stocking and Inventory Control: Maintain household supplies and inventory, restocking as needed, and liaising with vendors to ensure the property remains well-equipped and seamlessly operational.
- Guest and Family Support: Provide personalized service to family members and guests, ensuring their comfort and responding promptly to specific requests or special requirements.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven 2+ years of work experience as a housekeeper.
- Preferably, experience is from luxury, exclusive and unique environments such as from 5* hotels, resorts, cruises, or yachts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Housekeeping trained including chemical usage and cleaning procedure.
- English Language Proficiency.
