GENERAL DUTIES
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service staff to maintain timing, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and training of junior team members.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of dining areas according to SOPs.
- Report guest feedback, operational issues, and team performance to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Background in luxury hospitality settings such as fine dining establishments, Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private estates.
- Demonstrated ability to support high-level service and manage guest expectations in discreet, high-standard environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course completion is an advantage.
- Formal Silver Service training.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
