Job description
GENERAL DUTIES
- Oversee maintenance of a luxury property in the South of France.
- Manage all facilities operations, including procurement and supervision of external maintenance, cleaning, and waste services.
- Coordinate with the client’s security team and oversee contractors as needed.
- Perform hands-on repairs, including electrical work, AC maintenance, and should have an understanding of heat exchanges and heat pumps.
- Respond to emergency call-outs.
- Maintain the property to the highest standards per client expectations.
EXPERIENCE
- Certified electrician with at least 3 years' experience, ideally in luxury or high-end residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and AC systems, repairs, and maintenance.
- Experience in contractor management and general facilities oversight.
- Confident working independently and performing hands-on tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognized electrical certification.
- Flexible schedule with availability for emergencies.
- Fluency in English and French is a plus.
- Eligible to work in EU.
