This is a live-in position, requiring the candidate to reside within the property and provide consistent, hands-on support. The role focuses on daily upkeep, organization, and service, rather than deep cleaning, as a professional cleaning company is engaged on a regular basis.

The successful candidate will ensure the home remains consistently well-presented, organized, and ready for occupancy at all times. The salary range is USD 5,417 to USD 6,667 per month, depending on experience.

GENERAL DUTIES

Maintain impeccable presentation and organization of the residence at all times.
Ensure all areas remain guest-ready and consistently well-kept.
Perform light daily housekeeping, including laundry and wardrobe care.
Oversee and coordinate external cleaning services to uphold standards.
Prepare simple, nutritious meals as required.
Provide discreet meal, tea, and refreshment service.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficiently run kitchen environment.
Deliver attentive, unobtrusive day-to-day household support.
Manage errands and provide driving support as needed.
Ensure seamless day-to-day household operations.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar live-in role within a private household (UHNW experience preferred).
Experience working alongside external service providers (e.g. cleaning companies).
Proven ability to maintain high standards of presentation and organization.
Strong understanding of private household service etiquette.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid US work authorization (Green Card or work permit required).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to cook healthy meals.
Willing and able to reside full-time within the property.
English Language Proficiency.
